How IC HT12D works?
Connected to the Ground of circuit. The IC is should be powered by 5V pin 18 and the ground pin hf12d 9 is grounded. It decodes the serial addresses and data received by, say, an RF receiver, into parallel data and sends them to output data pins. This pin powers the IC should use only 5V.
