I do not agree, either, with the one and two star reviews which complain that grammar and organization make the book a disaster. JCA rated it it was amazing Jun 18, I would definitely buy it again and the recipes are solid, but there are a few issues.

I like this culinary arts reference book very much. Kevin rated it liked it Jul 16, I don’t recall any of them reporting that they actually tried any of the recipes. As many of the authors say smoked BBQ will be ready when it is done.

They’ve probably moved way past this book, in the sense that they’re using their own recipes and cooking by the seat of their pants. From starting your fire, to buying, selecting, trimming and smoking meats.
